About MATKA Travel Fair
Matka Travel Fair is run by Messukeskus at the Helsinki Expo and Convention Centre and calls itself Northern Europe's largest travel industry event. The 2027 edition opens with Matka Workshop Day on 20 January, a professional day on 21 January and public days from 22 to 24 January. In 2025 it reported 56,000 visitors, 15,500 professionals and 850 exhibitors. Exhibitors include destinations, tour operators, airlines, hotel chains and travel tech providers. At Workshop Day, validated buyers and suppliers hold pre-scheduled 15-minute one-on-one meetings.
